Joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to limit service by Representatives, Senators, and Federal judges.

Constitutional Amendment - Provides that no person may serve as a Representative for more than ten years during any twelve-year period. Directs that no person may serve as a Senator for more than twelve years during any fourteen-year period.

Provides that no person may serve as a judge of the Supreme Court or an inferior court of the United States for more than ten years during any twelve-year period.
