Joint resolution to provide for a free market and food protection.
Free Market and Food Protection Resolution - States that whenever the President or any other member of the executive branch suspends export sales of corn, wheat, soybeans, or grain sorghum, the Secretary of Agriculture shall make payments to any farmowner or operator who has in storage at the beginning of the suspension any amount of the commodity for which export sales have been suspended.
Sets forth the specified percentage rate of such payments.
