Joint resolution to provide for acquisition by the Secretary of the Interior of a historical easement on the property of the Scott-Grant House in the Georgetown section of the District of Columbia to insure that such property is preserved in its present condition.

Provides for acquisition by the Secretary of the Interior of a historical easement on the property of the Scott-Grant House at 3238 R St. N.W. in the Georgetown section of the District of Columbia to insure that such property is preserved in its present condition. States that such easement shall not create a duty in the owner or their successors in interest to permit the public or the United States to enter upon such property.
