Joint resolution to provide that the Secretary of Agriculture and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission prepare and submit to the Congress a report on the domestic economic impact of sales of wheat and of wheat flour made, or which might be made, by private business establishments in the United States to the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics during the last 6 months of 1975.

Requires that the Secretary of Agriculture and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission prepare and submit to the Congress a report on the domestic economic impact of sales of wheat and of wheat flour made, or which might be made, by private business establishments in the United States to the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics during the last six months of 1975.

Directs that the report shall examine the affect upon the availability and price of wheat to consumers as well as the inflationary impact and profits received by private business establishments for such sales.
