Authorizes the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to hold an international conference on heart disease, cancer, and stroke in Washington, D.C. in fiscal year 1976. Directs the Secretary to report to Congress on the outcome of such conference.
Authorizes the appropriation of an amount not to exceed $5,000,000 for the purpose of defraying expenses incident to holding such conference.
Allows the Secretary to accept and use contributions to defray such costs.
