Constitutional Amendment - States that nothing in the U. S. Constitution shall be construed to forbid prayer in public places or in institutions of the States or of the United States, including schools, if such instruction is provided under private auspices, whether or not religious.
States that the right of the people to participate in prayer or religious instruction shall not be infringed.
