Makes further urgent supplemental appropriations for fiscal 1975, including $296,000 for House salaries in the Sergeant at Arms' office; $1,500,000 for House furniture; $79,000 for the Capitol Police; $300,000 for the Architect of the Capitol for contingent expenses; $15,000,000 for new House office space; $134,000 for temporary Senate parking and $866,000 for permanent Senate parking; and $125,000,000 for the Federal Railroad Administration.
Repeals the limitation on travel expenses for Government officers and employees enacted in the Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1975.
