Constitutional Amendment - States that the word "person" as used in this article and in the fifth and fourteenth amendments to the Constitution of the United States, applies to all human beings, irrespective of age, health, function, or condition of dependency, including their unborn offspring.
Directs that no person shall deprive any unborn person of life, except when necessary to prevent the death of the mother of such person or to terminate a pregnancy of no more than 10 days' duration resulting from rape.
