Constitutional Amendment - Provides that no person shall be elected or appointed to a term as President, Vice President, Senator, or Representative if such person would attain the age of sixty-five years before taking office for such term, and no person who has attained the age of sixty-five years may be an ambassador, public minister or consul, judge of the Supreme Court, or any other officer of the United States who is appointed by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate.
