Joint resolution relating to the publication of economic and social statistics for Americans of Slavic origin or descent.

Directs the Department of Labor to develop methods for improving and expanding the collection and publication of the employment profile relating to Americans of Slavic origin or descent. Calls for the publication of statistics indicating the social, health, and economic conditions of Americans of Slavic origin or descent. Requires the use of Slavic language questionnaires in census data collection. Directs the Department of Commerce to implement an affirmative action program within the Bureau of the Census for the employment of personnel of Slavic origin or descent.
