A resolution relative to the release of Gunars Rode from imprisonment in the Soviet Union.

Expresses the sense of Congress that Gunars Rode, a Latvian political prisoner, should be released from imprisonment and that the Government of the Soviet Union should allow him and other political prisoners within its borders to be released due to provisions of the United Nations Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
