A resolution expressing the sense of Congress that the Attorney General, in accordance with existing law and U.S. humanitarian tradition, should parole into the United States those civilian Lebanese aliens not participating in the fighting in the civil war in Lebanon who are in danger of losing their lives as a result of such civil war.
