Concurrent resolution to provide for the procurement and display in the Capitol of a facsimile of the Constitution of the United States.

Directs the Joint Committee of Congress on the Library to procure a bronze facsimile of the original documents of the Constitution of the United States and cause such facsimile to be displayed in an appropriate location in the U.S. Capitol.
