Concurrent resolution requesting the President to negotiate with the Republic of Mexico for the exchange of U.S. citizens incarcerated in the United States.

Requests the President to negotiate with the Government of the Republic of Mexico as soon as possible in order to reach an agreement which would allow United States citizens incarcerated in Mexico and Mexican citizens incarcerated in the United States the option of serving out their prison sentences in their respective countries.
