Concurrent resolution to provide for the purchase of a certain statute of George Washington and for the placement of such statue on the east front of the Capitol Building, or in any appropriate location inside such building.

Directs the Joint Committee on the Library to purchase the statue of George Washington executed by the sculptor Trygve A. Rovelstad, of Elgin, Illinois. Provides that the committee shall not purchase such statue if a sum of money exceeding $50,000 is required for such purchase. Directs the Secretary of the Air Force to provide the necessary transportation of the statue.
