Directs that there be printed as a House document a booklet entitled "The Working Congress." Provides that there shall be printed 540,000 additional copies of which 1,000 shall be for the use of the Joint Committee on Arrangements for the Commemoration of the Bicentennial and the balance shall be prorated to Members of the Senate and House of Representatives.
