Objects to the proposed sale to the Arab Republic of Egypt of C-130 aircraft (including spare parts, ground support equipment, training, and ancillary support), as described in transmittal number 76-74.
Provides that this concurrent resolution shall become void upon a certification by the President to the Congress that the Arab Republic of Egypt has stated that a state of war no longer exists between it and the State of Israel.
