Expresses the sense of the Congress that in accordance with the United Nations proclamation designating 1975 as International Women's Year and the President's executive order establishing a national commission on the observance of International Women's Year, 1975 should be the year in which the dramatic advances and contributions made by women in politics, business, sports, science, art, and other areas of human endeavor are finally and fully acknowledged.
States that during 1975, International Women's Year, the Equal Rights Amendment to the Constitution should be ratified.
