Provides for the adjournment of the Congress from November 20, 1975, until December 1, 1975. Authorizes the Speaker and the President pro tempore to notify members during such period to reassemble if in their opinion the public interest warrants. Authorizes the majority leaders of each House acting jointly or the minority leaders of each House acting jointly to file a written request with the Clerk of the House and the Secretary of the Senate that the Congress reassemble.
