Concurrent resolution to create an art bank to be established by American artists for exhibition in the U.S. Congress.

Expresses the will of the Congress that an art bank be established which would serve as a depository of recent works of art created and lent by United States citizens for display in the House and Senate office buildings.

Establishes a Board of Directors to determine which works shall be displayed. Provides that service upon the Board shall be on a voluntary basis.
