Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of Congress with respect to increased Federal efforts to prove the commercial viability of lighter than air aircraft.

Expresses the sense of the Congress that the Federal Government should accelerate its investigation, development and research on lighter than air aircraft.

Provides that the budgets of specified agencies and departments should include adequate funds to prove the commercial ability of a lighter than air system.
