Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress with respect to the right of all of the people of Ireland to control Ireland's destiny.

Expresses the sense of Congress that the people of Ireland, including Northern Ireland, have a right to control their own political destiny. Urges the President to adopt and pursue policies which are consistent with such right.
