Provides that 566,000 additional copies be printed, of which 442,000 shall be for the use of the House of Representatives and 103,000 shall be for the use of the Senate, and 1,000 shall be for the use of the House Committee on Rules and 20,000 shall be for the use of the Joint Committee on Printing.
