Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress that during the Nation's present economic crisis, and so long as the county unemployment rate remains at 7 percent or more, emergency unemployment compensation programs should be automatically extended for another quarter to continue benefits for involuntarily unemployed individuals in such localities.
