Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of Congress with respect to recognition by th European Security Conference of the illegal annexation by the Soviet Union of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

Expresses the sense of Congress that it should be the policy of the United States to continue to refuse to recognize the annexation by the Soviet Union of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Directs the United States delegation to the European Security Conference not to agree to any recognition of such annexation.
