Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the congress with respect to the establishment of a Federal Audiovisual Procurement Office.

Expresses the sense of Congress that the Administrator of the General Services Administration should report to Congress the results of a study to determine the practicability of the establishment of a Federal Audiovisual Procurement Office. Provides that such office would be responsible for allocating film production for the Federal Government to private industry.
