Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress with respect to the United Nations position concerning the discharge by pressurized cans of fluorocarbon compounds into the atmosphere.

Expresses the sense of the Congress that the President, acting through the United States delegation to the United Nations, should encourage that organization to adopt a resolution calling for international cooperation in the scientific investigation of the discharge of flourocarbon compounds into the air.
