Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress with respect to the banning of high seas netting for salmon.

Asserts that the ocean netting of salmon is destructive and wasteful. Calls for measures to prevent netting and other inefficient methods of harvesting salmon on the high seas. Directs the Secretary of State to work for a worldwide ban on such fishing.
