Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of Congress with respect to certain patents, which, if utilized, could result in energy savings.

Urges that copies of all patents relating to energy saving devices and methods be submitted to the House of Interior Committee for study and evaluation.

Provides that if a patent is utilized the holder shall be reimbursed in full.
