Authorizes the Senate Committee on Rules and Administration to expend from the contingent fund of the Senate, during the Ninety-third Congress, $30,000 in addition to the amount, and for the same purpose, specified in the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1946 and in S. Res. 317 of the Ninety-third Congress.
