Resolution to authorize certain expenditures from the contingent fund of the Senate.

Authorizes expenses to be paid from the contingent fund of the Senate for such officers and staff as may be designated by the Majority and Minority leaders to attend the Day of National Observance for the Two Hundredth Anniversary of the first Continental Congress.
