Establishes an eight-member Ad Hoc Senate Committee on Military Oversight for the purpose of keeping abreast of changing military requirements resulting from developments of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe and the Conference on Mutual and Balanced Force Reduction, and the Strategic Arms Limitation Talks II in order to ascertain the proper level of our future military security posture.
Authorizes to be paid from the contingent fund of the Senate upon vouchers approved by the chairman of the committee a sum not to exceed $250,000.
