Resolution naming Democratic members of the Committee on the Budget, and its chairman.

Provides that the following shall constitute the majority party's membership on the Committee on the Budget of the Senate for the remainder of the 93d Congress: Mr. Muskie (chairman), Mr. Magnuson, Mr. Moss, Mr. Mondale, Mr. Hollings, Mr. Cranston, Mr. Chiles, Mr. Abourezk, and Mr. Biden.
