Increases the expenditures for the Senate Committee on Government Operations to $2,099,000 to examine, investigate, and make a complete study of any and all matters pertaining to each of the subjects set forth in S. Res, 269, 93d Congress.
Provides that not to exceed $209,000 shall be available for a study and investigation of any and all matters pertaining to the budget and accounting measures and operations, other than appropriations.
