Provides that the Senate Committee on Appropriations is authorized to expend from the contingent fund of the Senate, during the Ninety-third Congress, $75,000, in addition to the amount and for the same purposes specified in the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1946 and in Senate Resolution 116, 93rd Congress.
