Makes it the sense of the Senate that the Agency for International Development should immediately allocate a reasonable portion of funds heretofore appropriated for United States relief efforts in Sahelian countries to finance a pilot project designed to establish the feasibility of an effective rehabilitation program for the victims of "river blindness" in the Sahelian countries.
Expresses the sense of the Senate that the Agency for International Development make a timely report to the Senate no later than June 1, 1974, as to the efforts it intends to undertake in providing such a rehabilitation program for victims of "river blindness."
