A resolution to authorize the dissemination of certain information to the Internal Revenue Service by the Senate Select Committee on Presidential Campaign Activities; and the inspection by the Select Committee on Presidential Campaign Activities of certain income tax returns, applications for tax exemption, and related documents held by the Internal Revenue Service.

Authorizes the Senate Select Committee on Presidential Campaign Activities to make available to the Internal Revenue Service information requested by that agency.

Authorizes the Select Committee on Presidential Campaign Activities to investigate, receive and inspect any data, documents or other information held by the Internal Revenue Service which relates directly to that investigation presently being conducted by the Internal Revenue Service and by the Senate Select Committee on Presidential Campaign Activities as authorized by Senate Resolution 60 (93d Congress, 1st Session).
