Resolves, that the Senate disapproves the recommendations of the President with respect to rates of pay, for the offices and positions referred to in section 225(f) (A), (B), and (D) of the Federal Salary Act of 1967.

Declares that the Senate disapproves the recommendations of the President with respect to rates of pay, for the offices and positions referred to in the Federal Salary Act of 1967 (relating to Members of Congress, offices and positions in the legislative branch, and the Executive Schedule), transmitted to the Congress on February 4, 1974, pursuant to that Act.
