Resolves that the table in paragraph 6 (a) of rule XVI of the Standing Rules of the Senate is amended; "Committee on Labor and Public Welfare, For the Departments of Labor and Health, Education, and Welfare".

Provides that three members of the Senate Committee on Labor and Public Welfare shall be designated by that committee as ex officio members of the Senate Appropriations Committee when considering bills for the Departments of Labor and Health, Education, and Welfare.
