Resolves, that the Senate has heard with profound sorrow the announcement of the death of Honorable Charles M. Teague, late a Representative from the State of California.

Declares that the Senate has heard with profound sorrow the announcement of the death of the Honorable Charles M. Teague, late a Representative from the State of California.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to communicate these resolutions to the House of Representatives and to transmit an enrolled copy thereof to the family of the deceased.

Provides that when the Senate adjourns today, it adjourn as a further mark of respect to the memory of the deceased Representative.
