A resolution authorizing the President of the Senate to sign enrolled bills and resolutions.

Provides that, notwithstanding the sine die adjournment of the two Houses, the President of the Senate, the President pro tempore, or the Acting President pro tempore be authorized to sign enrolled bills and joint resolutions duly passed and found truly enrolled.
