A resolution authorizing the President of the Senate to make certain appointments after the sine die adjournment of the present session.

Provides that, notwithstanding the final adjournment of the present session of the Congress, the President of the Senate be, and he is hereby, authorized to make appointments to commissions or committees authorized by law, by concurrent action of the two Houses, or by order of the Senate.
