A resolution appointing a committee to notify the President concerning the proposed adjournment of the session.

Directs that a committee of two Senators be appointed by the Presiding Officer to join a similar committee of the House of Representatives to notify the President of the United States that the two Houses have completed their business of the session and are ready to adjourn unless he has some further communication to make to them.
