Makes it the sense of the Senate that other nations should not construe domestic events as adversely affecting our resolve to uphold our vital interests, nor be tempted to seize upon them as an opportunity to undermine the security of the United States.

Expresses the sense of the Senate that other nations should not construe domestic events as impairing the full commitment of our Government to achieve a just and durable peace in the Middle East.

Calls upon all friendly nations to join with the United States in pursuance of these vital common objectives, which have as their goal respect for law and a stable and secure peace throughout the world.
