A resolution to authorize the Committee on Rules and Administration to conduct an investigation with respect to the broadcasting and telecasting of Senate proceedings.

Authorizes the Committee on Rules and Administration, or any duly authorized subcommittee thereof, to make a full and complete study and investigation with respect to the broadcasting and telecasting (including closed circuit telecasting) of proceedings of the Senate.

Requires the Committee to report to the Senate at the earliest practicable date the results of its study and investigation, together with such recommendations as it considers appropriate.
