A resolution expressing the sense of the Senate with respect to the President's economic stabilization program.

Makes it the sense of the Senate that Phase III voluntary controls have failed, and that the President should take immediate action to place firm and equitably administered controls on prices, wages and whatever other elements of the economy contribute to the present runaway inflation.
