A resolution to authorize the Committee on Armed services to conduct a study of the treatment of our POWs in Indochina.

Directs the Committee on Armed Services to conduct an investigation and study relative to the treatment by representatives of the North Vietnam and the Viet Cong of American military and civilian personnel held in confinement during the Vietnam conflict in Southeast Asia.

Requires the Committee on Armed Services to follow the submission to the Senate of such interim reports as it considers appropriate, make a final report of the results of the investigation and study and to determine whether its investigation and study indicate the necessity or desirability of the enactment of new congressional legislation.
