Increases to $4,067,600 (now $3,946,800) the amount authorized for the Senate Committee on the Judiciary to investigate and study all matters set forth in S.Res.56, 93rd Congress.
Provides that not to exceed $120,800 shall be available for a study or investigation of the representation of citizen interests, of which amount not to exceed $2,000 may be expended for the procurement of individual consultants or organizations thereof.
