A joint resolution to authorize and request the President to proclaim a moment and day of prayer and thanksgiving.

Authorizes the President to designate the moment of 7 p.m., eastern standard time, January 27, 1973, a national moment of prayer and thanksgiving for the peaceful end to the Vietnam war, and the twenty-four hours beginning at the same time as a national day of prayer and thanksgiving.
