A joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States with respect to the selection of the Vice President of the United States.

Constitutional Amendment - Requires each Presidential candidate to submit to the Congress a candidate for selection as Vice President. Directs the Congress to investigate such selections and to proceed to the consideration of such selection as the President-elect shall have submitted.

Requires a majority vote of both Houses to select a Vice President.

Provides for a Vice President to be chosen under the 25th Amendment if one is not chosen under this amendment by January 20th of a new term.
